This video is a little shaky, and I believe I took it well before I was finished adding pith (there's more on the front end now), but it gives a good sense of what it's like to walk up to the piece:
Thank you so much for posting this as a video. It's so effective at conveying a sense of what your work really looks like; no matter how good 2D photos are, they won't capture the same sense of space that moving around it like this does. The birds-in-flight really comes through.
