Alex, I love this piece. It reminds me of a sea anemone, actually. I had no idea it was coffee filters until I read the title of your post.
Alex..its gorgeous...reminds me of petrified wood or coral...especially coral since it looks hard, but moves slowly and changes shape over time, almost giving the illusion of being alive...like, well, coral.
